Alaska No Smoking Signs and Labels
Alaska no smoking signs clearly indicate there's a fine for smoking in the vicinity where they're posted. Effective August 14, 1990, Alaska lawmakers created two categories of places and vehicles where a smoker's privileges must yield to the public's right to clean air: Places where smoking is regulated and places where smoking is prohibited. Alaska law also requires that where smoking areas are designated, reasonable accommodations must be made to protect the health of non-smokers and ensure they're not subject to second-hand smoke.
