Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This is the entire agreement and contains the complete statement of all arrangements between ComplianceSigns.com and the Buyer with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all previous agreements, arrangements, and understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
